From enquiry to handover
A written quotation for an agreed result
Where practical, the project starts with a visit to inspect the surfaces and discuss the finish.
For most standard projects, Decor Plast aims to provide a written quotation within approximately one hour after the visit and after all pricing information has been received. Specialist access, third-party costs, unusual materials or further investigation can take longer.
Once accepted, the quotation is a fixed price for the agreed scope. Programme estimates remain subject to drying, curing, exterior weather and the actual condition uncovered during preparation.
